星空传媒视频 is partnering with the City of Colby, Kiwanis of Colby, the Thomas County Community Foundation, and the Western Kansas Outdoors Association to host the Free Kids鈥� Fishing Derby from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 9, at Villa High Park.
The event is open to children in kindergarten through sixth grade. Participants are encouraged to pre-register by May 8, but walk-up registrations will be accepted on the day of the event. Registration opens at 8 a.m. on the day of the derby.
All registered anglers will be entered into prize drawings, and awards will be presented. After the derby, participants can enjoy complimentary food provided by the Western Kansas Outdoors Association.
